On November  7, 2017 at  3:18pm  Perry  Township  Police  Department  responded to a  shooting in the  3400 block of Lincolnway  E.

  Responding officers  quickly  learned that  there  were  two trucks  that  drove  up to the  business located at  3460 Lincolnway  E. One  of the  trucks  entered the  drive  through  of the  business.   As that  truck was  pulling  out  of the  business, the  driver  was  confronted  by  the  driver of the  other truck.  

A  short  verbal  exchange  took place  followed  by  gunfire.  The  two trucks  fled  the  area.  The  victim  ultimately  fled the  scene.

 He  was  located  at  Aultman  Hospital  where  he  drove himself   to get  medical  treatment.

 The  suspect  vehicle  leaving the  area  was  described  as  a  white  Ford F-150 crew  cab  truck.

 Perry  Township Police  Officers  and Detectives  conducted  a  thorough investigation into  this case.   As  a  result  of the  investigation, the  following individual  was  arrested and  booked into  the Stark County  Jail:

 Arrested: Juan  Benito  Caro-Silva 2902 Poplar St. NW Massillon, Oh. 44647

Charges: Attempted Murder (F1) Felonious  Assault  (F2) Carrying Concealed  Weapons  (F4)
